To attach the printer to a network: NOTE: If your printer is type A, an optional Network Adapter for Dell 1320c is required to connect the Ethernet cable. In that case, follow the next 2 to 3 steps. Otherwise, proceed with step 4. 1. Ensure that the printer, computer, and any other attached devices are turned off and unplugged. 2. Remove the network cover. 3. Insert the Network Adapter for Dell 1320c. 4. Connect the printer to the network using an Ethernet cable. 1 Ethernet port To connect the printer to the network, plug one end of an Ethernet cable into the Ethernet port on the back of the printer, and the other end into a LAN drop or hub.
To attach the printer to a network:
1.
Ensure that the printer, computer, and any other attached devices are turned off and unplugged.
2.
Remove the network cover.
3.
Insert the Network Adapter for Dell 1320c.
4.
Connect the printer to the network using an Ethernet cable.
To connect the printer to the network, plug one end of an Ethernet cable into the Ethernet port on the back of the printer, and the other end into a LAN drop
or hub.
