Issuing the first command drops the user to the 'config-crypto-cert' config mode. At this point, just exiting back to config is not enough to allow https to get enabled. The user must enter values for common-name and country before exiting. The description of the Admin Advertisement field on the Port Configuration page states that the 10000 Full value indicates that the port is advertising a 1000 Mbps speed, which is incorrect.
