During normal backup application operation, the application sends a Prevent Allow to the library. The purpose of this command is to avoid changes that confuse the backup application. When the user attempts to move/export media via the library RMU, the library displays a No resource selected error message. This message does not describe the error. On completion of configuration or management activities, to ensure the unit is secure, the user must logout by selecting the Logout button in the RMU. • Drives installed in the TL4000/TL2000 do not prevent access to the drive configuration or firmware upgrades when media is loaded into the drive. The user must remove all media in the drives when making changes to the drive configuration or updating the firmware. In some instances failure to remove media will result in a hung unit.
