During normal backup application operation, the application sends a Prevent Allow to the library. The purpose of this command is to avoid changes that confuse the backup application. When the user attempts to move/export media via the library RMU, the library displays a No resource selected error message. This message does not describe the error. When the user attempts the same move from the OCP the library message displayed is Move prevented by host. • Key path diagnostics ethernet test fails when the library is set to IPv4 only stack and the user attempts to use an IPv6 EKM address, or the library is set to IPv6 only stack and the user attempts to use an IPv4 EKM Address. In order to successfully configure different IP versions for the library and the EKM server, the library must be configured for dual stack mode (IPv4+IPv6). • Key path diagnostics does not list drives that are not set for LME in the table. The drive table does not list drives that are not setup for LME. This includes all LT03 drives and LT04 drives set for None or AME encryption. • RMU Access via Unique Local (ULA) IPv6 addresses do not auto timeout. The RMU will not logout due to inactivity of the web browser. On completion of configuration or management activities, to ensure the unit is secure, the user must logout by selecting the Logout button in the RMU. • Drives installed in the TL4000/TL2000 do not prevent access to the drive configuration or firmware upgrades when media is loaded into the drive. The user must remove all media in the drives when making changes to the drive configuration or updating the firmware. In some instances failure to remove media will result in a hung unit.
