Identifying the media-card reader 1. On the taskbar, click the search box, and then type Device Manager. 2. Click Device Manager. The Device Manager window is displayed. 3. Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers. Browsing a media card 1. Insert the media card with the metal contacts facing down. The card will auto-play and a notification is displayed on the screen. 2.
