OPERATION INSTALLATION CHECKLIST BEFORE OPERATION 1. Have all packing materials and tape been removed from the interior and exterior of the wine cooler? 2. Have the installation instructions been followed, including connecting the machine to electricity? And has proper grounding been installed for the wine cooler? 3. Has the machine been leveled? 4. Is the wine cooler in a site where the ambient temperature is around 78ºF all year round? 5. Is there a clearance of at least 10" at the rear, 5" at the top and 5" at the sides for proper air circulation? ADJUSTING THE TEMPERATURE Front panel controls Notes: Allow at least 24 hours before storing your wines and to allow the temperature to acclimate. Radio devices may interfere with the touch sensitive controls and cause the temperature settings to change. Move radio devices away from the wine cooler. You may adjust the temperature of the wine cooler using the front panel controls. The temperature displayed will be in Fahrenheit. The wine cooler has a temperature range from 54°F to 66°F for the top zone, and a temperature range from 46°F to 66°F for the lower zone. Whether your wine cooler can reach the actual set temperature depends on the ambient environmental conditions. Adjusting the top zone temperature: Press the and buttons on the left side of the control panel to increase and lower the temperature, respectively. The set temperature will flash for a few seconds, and then the display will revert to the ambient inner temperature of the wine cooler. Adjusting the lower zone temperature: Press the and buttons on the right side of the control panel to increase and lower the temperature, respectively. The set temperature will flash for a few seconds, and then the display will revert to the ambient inner temperature of the wine cooler. Press the button to turn on and off the inner light. 5
