Sensor Settings 17 Cook Procedure Cook will automatically compute the microwave power and cooking time for foods shown in the chart below. You don't need to enter the weight or quantity of the food. • Suppose you want to cook a baked potato. Step Press 1. Touch cook pad, number 1 for Baked Potatoes. cook 1 2. Place on paper towel on turntable. After cooking, remove from oven and let stand wrapped in foil for 5 to 10 minutes. 2. Fresh Vegetables, soft Broccoli Brussels sprouts Cabbage Cauliflower (flowerets) Cauliflower (whole) Spinach Zucchini Baked apples 3. Place ground meat in a casserole and cover with wax paper or plastic wrap. When oven stops, turn patties over or stir meat in casserole to break up large pieces. Re-cover and touch START/add a minute. After cooking, let stand, covered, for 2 to 3 minutes. E
