Your iFit USB Module will help you to create and manage a personal fitness program designed to make your fitness goals a reality. With your iFit USB Module, you can download custom workouts and track your workout results on the iFit Live Web site. In addition, your iFit USB Module is compatible with iFit workout cards (available separately) designed to help you achieve specific goals. These are just some of the features available with your iFit USB Module. QUESTIONS? OPERATING REQUIREMENTS • iFit Live compatible fitness equipment • A PC or Macintosh computer with a USB port • An Internet connection • An iFit.com membership HOW TO SET UP YOUR IFIT USB MODULE 1. Unplug the power cord of your fitness equipment. 2 2. Insert the iFit USB Module into the iFit port on your exercise equipment. Next, insert the USB Flash Drive into the iFit USB Module. 3. Plug in the power cord of your fitness equipment (if you are using a treadmill, insert the key into the console as well). The iFit USB Module will automatically transfer information about your fitness equipment to the USB Flash Drive. 4. Remove the USB Flash Drive from the iFit USB Module, and insert it into a USB port on your computer. 5. Launch your Web browser and go to www.iFit.com/usb. Follow the instructions on your computer screen. Your first custom workouts will then be downloaded to the USB Flash Drive. 6. Remove the USB Flash Drive from your computer, and 4 immediately insert it into the iFit USB Module in your exercise equipment (make sure that the power cord of the fitness equipment is plugged in). You can then use your first downloaded workout. 7. When you complete your first workout, remove the USB Flash Drive from the iFit USB Module, and insert it into your computer to upload your workout results to your iFit.com account. Your next custom workout will then be downloaded to the USB Flash Drive. Note: If you have questions after following these instructions, go to www.iFit.com/support for assistance.
