Parent topic: Solving Projector or Remote Control Operation Problems Solutions to Gesture Presenter Problems If the Gesture Presenter feature is not working properly (PowerLite 1785W/1795F), try the following solutions: • Make sure the USB cable is securely connected to the computer and the projector. • Select Normal as the Power Consumption setting. • Make sure the projection surface is white (or light-colored), clean, and out of direct sunlight or other sources of bright lighting. • Dim the lights or move the projector away from the sun or interfering sources of light.
