However, you can download the Uninstaller utility from the Epson support website to uninstall your product software as described here. Note: If re-installing your product software does not solve a problem, contact Epson support. 1. To download the Uninstaller utility, visit epson.com/support (U.S.), epson.ca/support (Canada), or epson.com.jm/support (Caribbean) and select your product. 2. Click Downloads. 3. Select your operating system, click Utilities, locate the Uninstaller utility, and click Download. (If you do not see an Uninstaller utility, search for "Uninstaller" using the site search field.) 4. Run the file you downloaded. 5. Double-click the Uninstaller icon. 6. In the Epson Uninstaller screen, select the checkbox for each software program you want to uninstall. 7. Click Uninstall. 8. Follow the on-screen instructions to uninstall the software. 9. Reinstall your product software. Note: If you uninstall the printer driver and your product name remains in the Print & Fax, Print & Scan, or Printers & Scanners window, select your product name and click the - (remove) icon to remove it. Uninstalling Product Software - Mac

Click

3.
Select your operating system, click
Utilities
, locate the Uninstaller utility, and click
Download
. (If

Run the file you downloaded.
5.
Double-click the
Uninstaller
icon.
6.
In the Epson Uninstaller screen, select the checkbox for each software program you want to
uninstall.

Click
Uninstall

8.

9.
Reinstall your product software.
