IEC POWER SOCKET - The line cord must be connected to a grounded AC receptacle in accordance with the voltage and frequency ratings as specified on the rear panel of the unit. S. FUSE - Replace a blown fuse only with a fuse of the type and rating as specified on the rear panel of the unit. If the amp repeatedly blows fuses, have the unit tested by an authorized Fender service technician. T. POWER - Switches the unit ON and OFF. U. STANDBY - In standby mode, power is supplied only to the tube filaments to keep them warm and ready to operate. Use standby during short breaks to eliminate warm-up time and extend the life of the tubes. V. MAIN SPEAKER JACK - This is the primary speaker connection. Speakers (internal or external) must always be connected here while operating the unit. W. EXTERNAL SPEAKER JACK - Plug in external speakers here. This jack is wired in parallel with the main speaker jack. *** NOTE: The amp is optimized for a 2 ohm speaker load, which is the rating of the internal speaker configuration. If a speaker load other than 2 ohms is used, the amplifier will distort before reaching maximum output, and the life of the tubes will be reduced. Two external 4 ohm speaker cabinets would provide the recommended 2 ohm load. X. FOOTSWITCH - Plug the included footswitch in here. The footswitch enables on/off switching of the vibrato and reverb effects. *** NOTE: Vibrato will NOT work without the footswitch connected, but the reverb effect will. Y. REVERB OUTPUT / INPUT - RCA jack connections for routing the reverb signal to and from the reverb pan.
