Rear Panel P. Power CORD SOCKET-Connect to a grounded A/C outlet using the supplied power cord, in accordance with the voltage and frequency ratings specified on the rear panel of your amplifier. Q. FUSE-Protects the amplifier from electrical faults. Replace a blown fuse only with the type and rating specified on the rear panel of your amplifier. R. POWER SWITCH-Turns the amplifier on-off as indicated by the front panel power jewel. S. STANDBY-Use standby during short intermissions, rather than switching the power off, to avoid the tube warm-up delay upon returning to play and to extend the life of the vacuum tubes. T. •MAIN SPEAKER (Band-Master VM)-Plug-in connection for an 8Ω (minimum) speaker. A speaker must always be connected at this jack when the amplifier is on to avoid damage to the amplifier. •INTERNAL SPEAKER (DELUXE VM)-Plug-in connection for the Deluxe VM's internal 8Ω speaker. A speaker must always be connected at this jack when the amplifier is on to avoid damage to the amplifier. U. EXTERNAL SPEAKER-Plug-in connection for a second 8Ω speaker. V. FOOTSWITCH-Plug-in connection for the (included) 4-button footswitch. The footswitch enables remote on-off selection of the Drive channel and the Reverb, Chorus and Delay effects. W. FX LOOP-Connect Send to your effect's input jack and connect Return to your effect's output jack. POWER CORD SOCKET—
