See Setting Oven Controls section and review instructions for the desired cooking function in this manual or see "Entire appliance does not operate" in this checklist. Lock feature set (some models). Cancel the lock feature (some models). Entire appliance does Power supply to appliance not operate. disconnected or electrical power outage. Service wiring is incomplete. Range is not level. Floor is not level, weak or unstable. The cooktop or oven racks are not level. Cabinet alignment may make range appear not level. Be sure appliance power cord is plugged properly to electrical outlet. Check house circuit breaker; reset if needed. If the electric service to the house is out, call your local electric utility for service. Contact your dealer, installing agent or authorized service agent for assistance. If floor under range is sagging or sloping, contact a carpenter to correct the problem. To correct, place oven rack in center of oven. Place a bubble (or spirit) level centered on the oven rack. Adjust by turning leveling legs at bottom of range until the oven rack rests level. Be sure kitchen cabinets are square & have sufficient room for appliance clearance. Cannot move appliance easily. Appliance must be accessible for service. Carpet interferes with range. Cabinets are built in too tightly to appliance sides. Quick bake fan makes The quick bake fan may turn noise. ON or OFF automatically. Provide sufficient space so appliance may be lifted over carpet. Contact builder or installer to make appliance accessible. This is normal. On some cooking features the convection fan may run until the feature is done or the door was opened or closed. Quick bake fan turns ON and OFF while cooking. Oven door is open. Quick bake fan turns on with features that should run without a fan (some models). For some models the quick bake fan may turn ON while preheating. Oven control displays "PErr". The probe is not recognized by the oven control. The probe is not fully inserted into the probe receptacle. Probe has overheated. The quick bake fan will turn OFF if the oven door is opened while quick bake feature is active. Close oven door. This is normal (some models). Double check that the probe is fully inserted into probe receptacle. Use only the probe originally supplied with range. Remove the probe from the receptacle, then reconnect probe into the receptacle (check that it is fully inserted into the receptacle). Be sure the probe sensor is covered by food and not exposed to avoid overheating. If the error code remains, the probe may be damaged or the probe cable has a short. Remove the probe from receptacle and oven. The oven may still be used normally without the probe. Call your authorized service agent for assistance. 33
