MAINTAINING AND CARING For YOUR TOASTER 1 Unplug the Toaster and allow ample time for all components to cool. 2 From the rear of the Toaster, slide the Crumb Tray out and empty into a waste container. The Crumb Tray should be emptied and cleaned after each use. The Crumb Tray is dishwasher safe and should be washed in the top rack of the dishwasher. To clean the exterior of the Toaster, after the unit cools, simply wipe with a soft, damp cloth. To brighten and clean the stainless steel exterior, Frigidaire recommends Ecosential Stainless Steel Cleaner by Smart ChoiceTM.
