• When storing the wind transducer, it is best to store it in a location where it is exposed to light. Sensor Pairing If this sensor was included with a wind device, the sensor and device are paired at the factory. If this sensor was purchased separately, or if you want to use it with a different compatible Garmin device, you must pair the sensor with the compatible device. If the sensor is not paired with a compatible device, it automatically searches for a device. No action is required on the sensor to initiate pairing mode. Adjusting the Orientation You should adjust the ANGL setting if the sensor is not installed facing the front of the boat, exactly parallel to the center line.
