Managing Files Managing Files You can store files, such as JPEG image files, in the internal memory on the nüvi or on a memory card. Note: The nüvi is not compatible with Windows® 95, 98, Me, Windows NT®, and Mac® OS 10.3 and earlier. Supported File Types • JPEG and JPG image files: see page 27 • Maps and GPX waypoint files from MapSource®: see page 49 monitors your computer USB ports and allows you to easily check for available updates. See page 52 for more information. 1. Insert a memory card (optional). Press it in until it clicks. 2. Connect the mini-USB connector to the back of the nüvi. 3. Connect the larger end of the cable to an available USB port on your computer.
