Geocaching Geocaching is a high‑tech version of treasure hunting. Geocachers seek hidden treasures or "caches" using GPS coordinates posted on the Internet. Using your nüvi, you can navigate the woods or urban streets to find the hiding spot of the cache. Go to www.geocaching.com. 2. Register for a free basic membership. 3. Search for a geocache. The nüvi accepts *.GPX files. 4. Use a USB cable (not included) to connect your nüvi to an available USB port on your computer. Note: In order to download geocaches to your nüvi, you must first download and install the Garmin Communicator plug‑in. 5. Click Send to GPS. Follow the on‑screen instructions. Downloading Geocaches
1. Go to
www.geocaching.com
.
2. Register for a free basic membership.
3. Search for a geocache. The nüvi
accepts *.GPX files.
4. Use a USB cable (not included) to
connect your nüvi to an available USB
port on your computer.
NOTE:
In order to download
geocaches to your nüvi, you must
