Caring for the Screen Clean the screen with water, isopropyl alcohol, or eyeglass cleaner: do not use cleaners containing ammonia, which can harm the coating on the screen. If the unit has a touch screen, follow these guidelines as well: • The touch screen is intended for finger operation. • Although a PDA stylus may also be used to operate the touch screen, never attempt this while operating a vehicle. • Never use a hard or sharp object to operate the touch screen or damage may result. FCC Compliance This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. Industry Canada Compliance Category I radiocommunication devices comply with Industry Canada Standard RSS-210. Category II radiocommunication devices comply with Industry Canada Standard RSS-310. Limited Warranty This Garmin product is warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Garmin will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge
