To move the appliance, always grasp the housing at both sides to avoid damage. 1. If you do not wish to use the appliance for a longer period of time, then switch off and unplug the appliance. Leave the appliance cool down. Then clean the appliance. Thereafter, reassemble the appliance (see: ´Care and Cleaning`). 2. Grasp the housing with both hands at its sides, and place it on a suitable surface, where it cannot fall, and is out of reach of young children.
