Installation Instructions 8 REHANG THE REFRIGERATOR DOOR Lower the refrigerator door onto the bottom hinge pin. Plastic Washer 10 ADJUST THE DOORS (IF NEEDED) If the freezer door is too high: Remove the hinge cover on top of the freezer door and loosen the four screws with a 5/16″ socket and ratchet. Replace the hinge cover. Loosen screws. 5/16″ Screw the two screws into the center hinge location on the left side with a 5/16″ socket and ratchet. Straighten the door and place the center hinge pin into the opening on top of the door. Remember to include the washer. Move the door into place, so you can align the center hinge bracket over the center hinge holes on the left side. Insert and tighten the two screws with a 5/16″ socket and ratchet. NOTE: Ensure the washer is in place on top of the hinge pin. Plastic Washer Hinge Pin Center Hinge Bracket Refrigerator Door 9 REHANG THE FREEZER DOOR Lower the freezer door onto the center hinge pin. Be sure the washer is in place. Center Hinge Pin Plastic Washer Lift the top hinge so the pin fits into the door socket. Support the door on the handle side and make sure the door is straight and the gap between the doors is even across the front. While holding the door in place, tighten the top hinge screws. 25 If both doors are too high: 1. Remove the hinge cover on top of the freezer door and loosen the four screws with a 5/16″ socket and ratchet. Loosen screws. 5/16″ 5/16″ Loosen screws and slide left to lower doors. 2. Loosen the two center hinge screws with a 5/16″ socket and ratchet. 3. Slide the center hinge to the left to lower the doors. 4. Fully tighten all screws and replace top hinge cover. If both doors are too low: 1. Remove the hinge cover on top of the freezer door and loosen the four screws with a 5/16″ socket and ratchet. Loosen screws. 5/16″ 2. Loosen the two center hinge screws with a 5/16″ socket and ratchet. 5/16″ Loosen screws and slide right to raise doors. 3. Slide the center hinge to the right to raise the doors. 4. Fully tighten all screws and replace top hinge cover. NOTE: Save the door spacer. Doors may settle with use. Door Spacer
