_3 U _3 U 10) M2A_CPU/M2P_SB/M2M_SB (M.2 Socket 3 Connectors) The M.2 connectors on the motherboard support only M.2 PCIe SSDs. _3 U 110 80 M2A_CPU 110 80 M2P_SB 110 80 M2M_SB M2A_CPU connector: Follow the steps below to correctly install an M.2 SSD in the M.2 connector. Step 1: Use a screwdriver to unfasten the screw on the heatsink. To install an M.2 SSD in the 110mm hole, remove the EZ-Latch Plus clip first and use the heatsink screw to secure the heatsink and SSD. Step 2: Insert the M.2 SSD into the M.2 connector at an angle. Press down on the front end of the M.2 SSD and close M.2 EZ-Latch Plus clip to secure the M.2 SSD. Step 3: Remove the protective film from the thermal pad on the bottom of the heatsink. Then replace the heatsink and secure it to the original hole. M2P_SB connector: Follow the steps below to correctly install an M.2 SSD in the M.2 connector. Step 1: Use a screwdriver to unfasten the screws on the heatsink diagonally and then remove the heatsink. Locate the proper mounting hole based on the length of your M.2 SSD drive. To install an M.2 SSD in the 110mm hole, remove the standoff on the 80mm hole first and use the heatsink screw to secure the heatsink and SSD. Step 2: Insert the M.2 SSD into the M.2 connector at an angle. Press the M.2 SSD down and then use the included screw to secure it in the connector. M2A_CPU connector:
Follow the steps below to correctly install an M.2 SSD in the M.2 connector.
Step 1:

Step 2:
Insert the M.2 SSD into the M.2 connector at an angle. Press down on the front end of the M.2 SSD and
close M.2 EZ-Latch Plus clip to secure the M.2 SSD.
Step 3:
Remove the protective film from the thermal pad on the bottom of the heatsink. Then replace the heatsink
and secure it to the original hole.
To install an M.2 SSD in the 110mm hole, remove the EZ-Latch Plus clip first and use the heatsink
screw to secure the heatsink and SSD.
M2P_SB connector:
Follow the steps below to correctly install an M.2 SSD in the M.2 connector.
Step 1:
Use a screwdriver to unfasten the screws on the heatsink diagonally and then remove the heatsink. Locate
the proper mounting hole based on the length of your M.2 SSD drive.
Step 2:
Insert the M.2 SSD into the M.2 connector at an angle. Press the M.2 SSD down and then use the included
screw to secure it in the connector.
Step 3:
Remove the protective film from the bottom of the motherboard heatsink and then replace the heatsink
and tighten the screws.
To install an M.2 SSD in the 110mm hole, remove the standoff on the 80mm hole first and use the
heatsink screw to secure the heatsink and SSD.
