To Wash Seat Pad DO NOT USE child restraint without the seat cover. – 1. To remove seat pad: a) Recline the seat by squeezing the recline lever up and pulling the seat forward, so you will have access to the back of the seat –. b) Loosen the harness — straps by lifting the adjustment lever on the front of the seat and pulling the straps out as far as they will come at the shoulders —. c) From the side of the seat, pull the harness and metal junction plate out and ˜ remove straps from metal junction plate ˜. 36
