THE ORDINARY TROUBLES AND ITS SOLUTIONS Troubles Indicating lamp is off The temperature is not low enough. Too much noisy The compressor keeps on working Reasons Power is off The plug isn't inserted The fuse is broken off The indicating lamp is out of use When rotating the thermostat clockwisely, the angle is too small. The freezer is directly under the sunshine or close to heat source. It has been stored too much food at one time. The door is being opened too frequently. The floor is not level. The clockwise rotating angle of thermostat is too large. Solutions Check it by a electroscope Insert the plug well in the socket Change the fuse Change the indicating lamp Make the angle larger. Change place Put the food with several time. Reduce the times for opening. Change the position. Reduce the angle. TRANSPORTATION When you transport the freezer, the angle between the compartment body and the ground should be no more than 45° and you must never place the freezer up side down. When transport the freezer you should lift it up from the bottom and handle and put it down carefully to avoid damage for compressor or system. 5 INSTALLATION 1. The freezer should stand on solid floor after removing all foam and bottom so that the freezer will be kept steady. 2. The freezer should be installed in the place with good ventilation. A space of at least 100mm should be allowed between the surrounding wall and the freezer. There should not be any object between them because, it is not good for air circulation. 3. Install the freezer in a dry place so as to prevent rust from forming on the compartment body. As a result of too much moisture the rust may affect the electric insulation. 4. It should be placed far from heat source and not under direct sunshine to avoid decrease of the efficiency of refrigeration and increase of power consumption and non-stop operation of the compressor.
