English TROUBLESHOOTING Check your problem by using the chart below and try the solutions for each problem. If the microwave oven still does not work properly, contact Haier customer service center or the nearest authorized service center. Customers must never troubleshoot internal components. Microwaves hold dangerous voltage (5000V) even after power is removed. Only a certified technician should attempt Microwave repair.
