Operation Remote control operation • When in use, aim the signal transmission head directly at the receiver hole on the indoor unit. • The distance between the remote control and the receiver hole should be within 21 feet(7meters)without any obstacles. • Do not drop or throw the remote control to prevent damage. • The distance between the remote control and receiver hole may need to be reduced if there is interference nearby from fluorescent lamps or wireless appliances. Installing Batteries Slightly press "v " and push down to open the cover. Load the batteries as illustrated. Use AA 1.5V batteries. Be sure that the loading is in line with the pole request as illustrated. Replace cover. Notes: If the remote control doesn't function, use a sharp pointed instrument to press the reset key located on the front of the remote control.
