Lock setup How to use the password function The television has the function of security default lock. Password needs to be entered when the program lock mode is to be set. The initial password of the television is 0000 and security default password is 9443. then enter Lock Set menu.(as follow) LOCK SET Password Tuner Lock Off Prog Set Off Prog Num 1 Source Lock Child Lock Off Max Volume 100 Clear Lock The television has the function of security default lock. The security default password is 9443. Press EXIT to cancel the window. H.LOCK CH.LIST TIMER ZOOM EXIT To set new Password The password can be changed. After entering the Lock set menu, Press CH+/- to select password, Press vol+/-, the screen will display the follow. Note: If Clear Lock is activated, the password setup cannot be changed. Old ---If correct password is entered, the screen will display the follow. New ---Press digital button to set the new desired password, and the screen will display the follow. Repeat ---- If the desired password is entered correctly twice, the old password will be changed. If the desired password is not correctly entered twice, the screen will display New ----, then you have to reenter the password.
