This is the quickest method. Flat Open the grill for more grilling surface. This will require a longer cooking time but you can cook twice as much. 1. Flip up the support leg, then lift cover straight up (this will disengage the locked hinge). Support leg 2. Lower the cover as far as it will go to the flat position. 4
