Tips for Using Convection Bake: NOTE: Convection bake forces more air to circulate in Oven, so food will cook faster than conventional bake setting. • Ovens with convection mode: When baking pizza, use convection setting and reduce cooking time by 25%. • Bake at same oven temperature but for a shorter period of time. OR • Bake for same length of time as conventional Bake setting, but reduce temperature by about 25°F (14°C). OR • Bake for a slightly shorter period of time and at a reduced temperature.
