Cleaning With Vinegar w WARNING Electrical Shock Hazard. Disconnect power before cleaning the outside of the coffee maker. Do not immerse cord, plug, or base in any liquid. 1 If your coffee maker has a water filter, remove prior to cleaning. 2 Pour 1 pint (2 cups/473 ml) vinegar into water reservoir. 3 4 Press ON (I). Press OFF (O) after 20 seconds and wait 30 minutes. Press ON (I). Press OFF (O) when finished. When cool, empty the carafe. 5 6 7 Run 2-3 more brew cycles with CLEAN WATER only. Allow to cool between cycles. Unplug. 10 DISHWASHER-SAFE DO NOT use the "SANI" setting when washing in the dishwasher. "SANI" cycle temperatures could damage your product.
