Basic Financial Calculation Example Table 1-4 illustrates how easily you can perform financial calculations using the HP 12c Financial Calculator. Calculate the monthly payment amount on a 30-year loan of 125,000.00 with a 6.9% annual interest rate, compounded monthly. Assume payments occur at the end of the compounding period.
