9. Power on the PDU circuit breakers. Installation is complete. Checking the circuit breakers If power to a load segment is interrupted, check the circuit breakers and reset them if necessary. If power is still not restored, contact your HP authorized service representative. External ground bonding There is an external ground bonding point located on the bottom of the PDU. This bonding point can be used to bond other conductive metal components, located in the rack enclosure, to a ground reference point for signaling or other functional purposes. This bonding point can also be used to bond the PDU to a known earthed reference terminal in the building. Per international regulatory requirements, the primary Safety Earth Bond connection is contained in the PDU as an integral part of the branch circuit cabling and plug. Installation 29
