A Linux system with EVA4000/6000/8000 storage requires the installation of HP StorageWorks multipathing software on each host to achieve high-availability, multipath capability. For detailed multipathing information, see the HP StorageWorks Using the QLogic HBA driver for single-path or multi-path failover mode on Linux systems application notes.
