Try removing and reinstalling the duplexer. Then turn the printer off and back on. The envelope feeder is not connected properly to the printer. Try removing and reinstalling the envelope feeder. Then turn the printer off and back on. There is a problem with an optional 500-sheet paper tray connection with the printer: • the tray is not connected properly • more than two optional 500-sheet paper trays have been installed (the printer cannot support more than four trays total) • the electronics in the paper tray are faulty Try removing and reinstalling the paper tray. BAD DUPLEXER
CONNECTION
The duplexer is not properly connected to the printer.
Ensure that the right-angle power cord that shipped with the printer
is being used.
Try removing and reinstalling the duplexer. Then turn the printer off
and back on.
BAD ENV FEEDER
CONNECTION
The envelope feeder is not connected properly to the printer.
Try removing and reinstalling the envelope feeder. Then turn the
printer off and back on.
BAD OPT TRAY
CONNECTION
There is a problem with an optional 500-sheet paper tray connection
with the printer:
the tray is not connected properly
