HP support will direct you to the best solution, whether it is an authorized service provider or an HP facility. This service is free during your HP Deskjet's limited warranty period. After the warranty period, you will be quoted a repair cost. obtaining a warranty extension If you would like to extend the warranty coverage beyond the limited warranty period, use one of the following options: • Consult your reseller to get extended coverage.
