The version being used on current platforms is the OEM Service Release 2.1 or 2.5 (OSR2). Refer to Table 1 for information on preinstalled operating systems by product family. Compaq offers full support across the LTE 5000 and Armada product families. Refer to Table 2 for information on which OSR version is supported on which product families. In general, Compaq supports OSR1 across most product families and OSR2.x on the Armada 1500 and later. 26 MultiBay hot swapping support refers to hot or warm swapping support for CDROM, DVD, floppy drive, LS-120, and batteries in the Compaq MultiBay. 27 Windows 2000 supports MultiBay hot swapping support on ACPI systems only. 28 MultiBay hot swapping is offered on the Armada 6500, E700, M700, and M300. 29 MultiBay hot swapping is offered on the Armada 6500, E700, M700, and M300. 30 For the Armada 7800, Armada 7400 and Armada 1700 RingCentral Fax is preinstalled. This software application is not available for download from the Compaq web site. 31 Compaq provides the Trio Communications Suite for Windows NT 4.0 on the Armada 7300 and 7700 families.
