CAUTION: To prevent damage to the server blade, apply pressure over the mezzanine connector when installing the mezzanine card. Do not apply pressure to the edges of the card. To replace the component, reverse the removal procedure. HP Smart Array P400i Controller battery pack To remove the component: 1. Power down the server blade (on page 24). 2. Remove the server blade (on page 24). 3. Remove the access panel ("Access panel" on page 25). 4. Remove the cable from the battery pack. 5. Remove the battery pack. CAUTION: Do not leave the cable disconnected from the battery pack or the cache module and re-install the server blade. The loose end of the battery cable that is still connected can cause a short circuit, leading to permanent electrical damage. To replace the component, reverse the removal procedure.
