Troubleshooting Solving Image-Quality Problems Some General Information About the Image Quality Test One of the printer's internal prints is the Image Quality Print test, accessed from the Utilities / Service tests / Image quality print menu. Whenever you suspect that your printing is not correct, it is advisable to perform this test to help diagnose the problem. The Image Quality Print will help you differentiate between possible printhead errors and other problems such as incorrect front-panel selection, driver or RIP configuration or mechanical problems. Correct diagnosis of print problems will help HP Customer Support Centers to provide an accurate solution to any Image Quality problem you are experiencing.
