STARTUP AND CHECK JET HEALTH START DAILY STARTUP LOAD MEDIA • Clean media, check for damage. • Configure media (User Guide, Chapter 2). • Load media (User Guide, Chapter 2). CHECK JET HEALTH 1. Print Prime Bars 2. Purge and Wipe the heads 3. Print Prime Bars, compare to previous day's print. Is today's Prime Bars print comparable to yesterday's best Prime Bars print? Yes TO PAGE 2 Verify jet replacement with Jet Out Lines. If all jets working or replaced, go to next page; else run AutoJet (see below).
