Preliminary procedures Follow these steps for preliminary procedures. 1. Verify press environment is within specifications (Refer to the relevant Site Preparation Guide): ● Required ambient temperature 20 to 25° C (68 to 77° F) ● Required ambient relative humidity 50 to 70 percent non-condensing ● Required fresh air flow +150 cfm 2. Check chiller set point: ● Temperature of water inlet to press between 1.5°C +/- 1° C (34.7° F +/- 33.8° F) ● Water circulation to press 65 L/min (17 gallons/min) Dripping Correction Procedures It explains the dripping correction procedures. Press in Shutdown Follow these steps to shutdown the press. 1. Shutdown the press software and computer. 2. Turn off the main power switch at the wall, and lock it in the OFF position. 3. Turn off the UPS and wait 1 minute for power to dissipate. 4. Verify that all press doors are closed properly. Check that the rubber seals are installed properly, and that they are not damaged. NOTE: The press should be sealed to prevent condensation, caused as a result of cold air penetration. 5. Check the cleaning station unit. For presses S/N 41000070 and below, verify that service note CA392-00941 (TN #1237) was implemented. WARNING! The press must be shut down when performing visual checks on the blowers.
