Overview This explains the overview of troubleshooting process on how to service the dripping prevention system. ITM suction blower ● Amatek NautilAir blower CA345-42161 (spare part CU316-04281 BLOWER-NAUTILAIR 8.9 IN WITH TACHOMETER mfg P/N 150241-57-0). ● The blower should operate whenever the Press is connected to power (even in Off mode or Emergency Stop). ● For HP Indigo WS6000 Series Digital Presses with software v.8.9.1.I20 and above: in Printing mode, blower voltage should be 7.07 V. In the SysTab, miscEngineTopic > feedSuctionHighSpeedLevel = 730. At this value, the blower is at the optimal flow rate for the dripping reduction kit ( ≈ 240 L/sec). ● For HP Indigo WS6000 Series Digital Presses with software v.8.9.1 I20 I-fix1 and above, or for HP Indigo W7200 Series Digital Presses with software v.8.11 and above: in all modes except for Printing mode, Get Ready, Cold Start, and Pause, the blower control voltage is set to 5.57 V. In the SysTab, miscEngineTopic > feedSuctionLowSpeedLevel = 580. At this value, the flow rate is same as for the old model blower ( ≈180 L/sec). DC fan ( catch tray fan ) ● For software v.8.9.1 I20 I-fix1: the DC fan (IO_CS_CATCH_TRAY_FAN) operates only during Printing mode (not including Get Ready, Cold Start, or Pause mode). ITM suction blower
