This means that the Command Center Client can "see" the Command Center Server, but that they are not connected. Solution: Click the small server icon on the right to connect them. Command Center Client is not able to connect to the Command Center Server backend Symptom: The Command Center Client starts but the "Network connectivity" > "Server" tab does not show any Servers, and adding an IP and port for a well-known Server backend does not work. Solution: In this situation you just need to change the priority of the network adapters and assign the highest one to the desired one, considering that the Command Center Client has to be in a network that can be resolved to match the network where the Command Center Server is located. Symptom:
When the Command Center Client starts, the “Network connectivity” screen appears and there’s a Command
Center Server listed, but there’s a “disconnected” message. This means that the Command Center Client can “see” the
Command Center Server, but that they are not connected.
Solution:
