Getting help for MediaSmart If you are having trouble with MediaSmart, refer to Help and Support. To access Help and Support on your computer, click Start, and then click Help and Support. Getting help for QuickPlay If you are having trouble with QuickPlay, refer to the QuickPlay Help menu: 1. Open QuickPlay: ● Press the media button on your computer. - or - ● On your computer, click Start, and then click QuickPlay. 2. Click the TV icon in the notification area. 3.
