HP Kayak XU Series 03xx and HP Kayak XW Series U3, W3 HP VISUALIZE Fx4 OpenGL 3D Hardware Accelerator 3 The HP Kayak XW Series W3 (models D6486N, D6487N and D6488N) contain an HP VISUALIZE Fx4 OpenGL 3D graphics hardware accelerator. There is a total of 18 MB of memory installed on the graphics controller board. An additional 16 MB of texture memory can be added by installing the texture module accessory (D5511A). Installing the HP VISUALIZE Fx4 Texture Mapping Module A hardware texture module is available as an accessory for the HP VISUALIZE Fx4 Graphics Accelerator. 1 Remove the HP VISUALIZE Fx4 board from the HP Kayak XW. 2 Remove the four screws from the blank board, then remove the board.
