Genuine HP replacement parts can be ordered at www.hp.com/buy/parts or by contacting an HP-authorized service or support provider. When ordering, one of the following will be needed: part number, serial number (found on back of printer), product number, or printer name. ● Parts listed as Mandatory self-replacement are to be installed by the customer unless the customer is willing to pay HP service personnel to perform the repair. For these parts, on-site or return-to-depot support is not provided under the HP printer warranty. ● Parts listed as Optional self-replacement can be installed by HP service personnel at your request for no additional charge during the printer warranty period.
