If HP receives notice of such defects during the warranty period (up to 90 days from date of purchase*), HP will, at its option, either replace products that prove to be defective with the same or comparable product at HP's option, or HP may elect to refund your purchase price. This warranty will be voided by misuse, improper physical environment, accident, or improper maintenance. Substrate edge holders setup The purpose of the substrate edge holders is to prevent the substrate edges from lifting up and jamming while printing. If you experience this kind of problem while printing, you can try using the edge holders to overcome it.
