The following screens are available: ● E-mail Address Book. Use this screen to add, edit, and delete e-mail addresses and distribution lists in the product e-mail address book. ● Fax Address Book. Use this screen to add, edit, and delete fax numbers in the product fax address book. ● Fax Speed Dials. Use this screen to add, edit, and delete fax speed dial settings for the product. ● Import/Export. Use this screen to add a predefined list of destination addresses, in the form of a comma-separated value (.CSV) file, to be imported into the product internal address book for both fax and e-mail. The current HP EWS for the HP LaserJet M3027mfp and M5025mfp products include several address
book screens on the
Digital Sending
tab. Future releases of the HP EWS for the
HP LaserJet M3035mfp, HP LaserJet M4345mfp, and HP LaserJet M5035mfp products will also use
these screens. The following screens are available:

E-mail Address Book
. Use this screen to add, edit, and delete e-mail addresses and distribution
lists in the product e-mail address book.

Fax Address Book
. Use this screen to add, edit, and delete fax numbers in the product fax address
book.
●
Fax Speed Dials
. Use this screen to add, edit, and delete fax speed dial settings for the product.
●
Import/Export
. Use this screen to add a predefined list of destination addresses, in the form of a
comma-separated value (.CSV) file, to be imported into the product internal address book for both
fax and e-mail. You can also use this screen to export this same information to another device or
archive.
