As with any indoor environment, your workspace should be well ventilated. If possible, adjust the temperature to whatever is comfortable for you. If you can't adjust the temperature, wear appropriate clothing. Try to avoid working close to air-conditioning or heater vents. To prevent muscle stiffness, you must have enough space to move around and vary your position. Try not to remain in one position for extended periods of time.
