Load paper to Tray 1 (multipurpose tray) Introduction CAUTION: Do not extend more than one paper tray at a time. Do not use paper tray as a step. Keep hands out of paper trays when closing. All trays must be closed when moving the printer. The following information describes how to load paper in Tray 1. The tray holds up to 100 sheets of 75 g/m2 (20 lb) paper or 14 envelopes. CAUTION: To avoid jams, never add or remove paper from Tray 1 during printing. 1. Open Tray 1. NOTE: To print on longer paper, such as legalsize, pull out the Tray 1 extension. 2.
