Introduction Getting Help If you have any difficulty with the setup process, refer to Appendix A, "Troubleshooting," for help. If you are still having trouble, refer to the Media Center Help menu: 1. Open Media Center: ❏ Press the START button on your remote. - or - ❏ From your Windows desktop, select Start > Media Center. 2. Select the question mark icon on the menu bar at the top of the screen or select Settings > Help. ✎ The Media Center menu bars are only visible during or shortly after mouse or TouchPad activity. If you do not see the Media Center menu bars, briefly activate your mouse or TouchPad. 3. Select one of the following options: ❏ Select Help to access the Media Center Help files stored on your hard drive. ❏ Select Community to access online forums on the Microsoft Web site. ❏ Select Tips to browse Media Center articles on the Microsoft Web site.
