Prepare the computer for disassembly. 2. Turn the unit over. 3. Slide the battery pack release button located in the center of the bottom of the unit. 4. Locate the battery pack on the right, place your thumb in the groove, and pull the battery pack forward from the unit. To replace the battery pack, complete the following step. Insert the battery pack into the chassis slot located on the right side of the unit and push in.

Removing the
Battery Pack
To remove the
battery pack,
complete the
following steps:
1.
Prepare the
computer for
disassembly.
2.
Turn the unit
over.
3.
Slide the battery
pack release
button located in
the center of the
bottom of the
unit.
4.
Locate the
battery pack on
the right, place
your thumb in
the groove, and
pull the battery
pack forward
from the unit.
To replace the battery
pack, complete the
following step.
Insert the battery
pack into the
chassis slot
