If your PC needs to be repaired or to have parts replaced, the HP Customer Care Center
will make arrangements to fix your PC.
There are a few limitations and exclusions to this warranty (as well as some important

Parts Limitations
The following parts are covered for 3 year warranty: CPU, Memory, Motherboard, HDD,
ODD, Graphics Card, Power Supply, Card Reader and LCD Monitor. All other parts are
limited to 1 year warranty.
Obtaining Hardware Warranty Repair Service
For the duration of the warranty period, repair service includes Carry-in Warranty Service
and Pickup and Return Warranty Service as described in the
Limited Warranty and Support
Guide
. To obtain Hardware Warranty Service, call the Customer Care Center at the phone
number listed in the
Limited Warranty and Support Guide
. You must be prepared to supply
the proof-of-purchase date.
The time it takes to repair your computer will vary based upon location and circumstances.

There are no Customer Replaceable Parts or In-Home Services for your PC.
These services are provided to you during the first year. There is a fee for repair in years
two and three.
